Couroc Unicorn Tray

The Couroc company was founded in 1948 in Monterey, CA. The trays feature hand-inlaid natural materials fuzed into phenolic resin, no tray is the same.

The sticker is still present on the bottom and reads, "Unique Couroc products are cherished gifts because of their great variety and beauty in design. Hand inlaid by master craftsmen, are fused into Couroc's famous satin black material which is impervious to alcohol, boiling water, and cigarette burns." Impressed below the sticker reads: "Couroc Monterey, California"
